In 2000, Natalie Wallace Bennett founded Natalie Wallace Bennett P.C. serving her clients’ needs with integrity, honor and dedication, and acting as a fierce advocate for each individual she represents. A 1997 Dean’s List graduate of Baylor Law School, Ms. Bennett has over two decades of experience first serving as a Prosecutor of CPS and misdemeanor cases, then practicing Family Law, CPS (Child Protective Services) Cases, and Criminal Defense. Natalie is also Board Certified in Child Welfare Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Natalie has an innate ability to stay grounded during conflict and with her 24 years of experience, she thrives in and out of the Courtroom to find creative solutions for her clients.

NATALIE WALLACE BENNETT

Natalie Wallace Bennett is a multi award winning Lawyer. She is a former Prosecutor serving in Bell County, Texas as an Assistant County Attorney, Board Certified in Child Welfare Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, a certified General and Family Law Mediator, a Certified ad Litem for Guardianships and CPS, a Criminal Defense Attorney and founder of Natalie Wallace Bennett, P.C.


In 1995, Natalie Wallace Bennett received her undergraduate degree graduating Cum Laude with a Batchelor of Science in Education from Baylor University and received her lifetime teaching certification. Being a high achiever Natalie was on the Dean’s List at Baylor Law and received her Juris Doctor degree from Baylor School of Law in 1997.  Natalie passed the Bar Exam even before graduating from law school which very few students accomplish.


Ms. Bennett has earned many awards during her over 24 year career. CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) for Children for the Highland Lakes Area presented Natalie the 2016 Angels Among Us Award for her passionate work representing children. Ms. Bennett was awarded Top 10 Family Law Attorney by the Attorney and Practice Magazine and was presented the Nation’s Top One Percent Award by the National Association of Distinguished Counsel. Also, in 2016 she earned the 10 Best Client Satisfaction Award by the American Institute of Family Law Attorneys. In 2017 the American Jurist Institute awarded her the Top 10 Family Law Attorney for Texas for dedication and excellence in the practice of law.

Personal

Natalie has three amazing children, a Senior in High School, a son in the United States Navy, and a son in college. Having been a divorced Mom with three children under the age of six years old, she has a great appreciation and understanding for those going through a divorce or custody case. Natalie has a gift for developing non-traditional solutions, especially in Family Law cases, to help her clients and their children. 


When not working she enjoys reading for pleasure as well as to learn new information. She attends Crossfit to stay healthy and for stress relief. She loves essential oils and natural medicine. Natalie also loves anything Baylor, especially Baylor Football and Basketball games. 


Natalie loves practicing law here in the Hill Country of Texas where she grew up and graduated from High School. She enjoys seeing people she knows and meeting new friends in her Burnet and Lampasas offices. Her love for her community and her continued participation in CPS cases helps her to “give back” to the community by protecting and giving children a voice.

Spare Time/About Michele

Michele Boshears is a dedicated and compassionate paralegal at Natalie Wallace Bennett P.C., specializing in family law matters involving children. With her extensive education and experience, Michele forms strong, supportive relationships with clients, providing valuable guidance throughout divorce proceedings, child custody cases, and matters involving Child Protective Services.

 

Michele has a deep passion for helping children and families. She works to support clients in difficult situations, offering her knowledge and training to ensure they receive the best possible support. In addition to her professional expertise, Michele is committed to her community. She has volunteered for organizations by delivering summer meals during school closures, assisting families with hot meals and residential cleanups due to weather damage. She also coordinates donations for youth in need by providing a donation site to assist with the collection of toiletries and other essential items for the Burnet County Child Welfare Board. Michele also sits on the Marble Falls Booster Club. She enjoys being an advocate for the MFISD athletes, coaches, and sports.

 

Outside of her professional and volunteer work, Michele enjoys spending time with her family, which includes her husband, Gary, and their three children. She enjoys walking, weightlifting, running 5Ks, and participating in Spartan races. Michele is also passionate about traveling, especially cruises, and enjoys reading and spending time with her family and friends. Michele is a believer in self-care and enjoys quality quiet time and once a month massages.



Her commitment to helping others and her servant’s heart make her an invaluable asset to both her clients and the community.

Dee Ann Crawford

MICHELE BOSHEARS

Dee Ann joined the Law Office in 2023 as a Legal Assistant. Dee Ann earned her Associates Degree from McLennan Community College in Waco. She has over 10 years experience in the court system including County Clerk and District Clerk. She has also attended various continuing education classes for Deputy Clerks and Court Coordinators. Dee Ann has been with her husband for over 20 years and married for 10. Randy is a Field Technical Specialist for Toyota as well as a Pastor for Burnet and Stephenville Primitive Baptist Church. They are proud members of the Burnet Primitive Baptist Church. Not being raised in Lampasas County, she quickly learned that Lampasas is home.

Spare Time/About Dee Ann

When is she not working, you can find her at most Badger sporting events. She enjoys spending time with her family, antiquing, and the outdoors. Her daughter Payton is a Sophomore at Lampasas High School where she is involved in sports and various extracurricular activities. Dee Ann serves on the Project Graduation Board for her daughter’s class, is the Badger Basketball Booster Club secretary and she also volunteers for other organizations within Lampasas County. 


Dee Ann enjoys helping our clients in all aspects of their case and is always there to greet them with a smile. 

Veronica Ramirez

MICHELE BOSHEARS

Veronica joined the Law Office in 2024 as a Legal Intake Specialist/Digital Marketing Manager. She graduated from Texas Tech University with her Bachelors Degree in General Studies and also earned her Associates Degree from Central Texas College. She was born and raised in the Texas Hill Country. She serves as an Ambassador for the Marble Falls Highland Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce and is a PTO Member at Colt Elementary. Veronica's husband JR is a Master Electrician who owns All Power Electrical, LLC., proudly servicing the Hill Country Area. They have three children: Jessica, a graduate from Concordia University Austin who now works for the family business, Aleena, 3rd grader at Marble Falls Colt Elementary and Emmett who is 2 years old. They enjoy all the family time they can get in between busy schedules.
