Wills & Probate

WILLS & PROBATE

Drafting a will is an important consideration, regardless of your age or wealth. Our firm can assist with the creation and modification of wills for clients in Texas. We can also represent estate administrators in the probate process.

Wills

A will is a document that explains how you want your property to be distributed after your death. If you have minor children, the will can also name people to act as legal guardians in the event of your death. Natalie Wallace Bennett P.C. can help you draft a will that meets your specifications.

We offer a “Basic Will Package” which includes a basic will, durable power of attorney, healthcare power of attorney, living will, HIPPA release, and designation of guardian for minor child to help cover a person during most circumstances that could occur.

Natalie Wallace Bennett P. C. is conveniently located on the courthouse square in both Lampasas and Burnet.

Probate Administration

After someone dies, their estate must often pass through a process known as “probate.” During probate, the will is validated by the court, and an estate administrator is named. The estate administrator will be responsible for taking inventory of the deceased person’s property, paying creditors, and distributing assets to heirs. This process can be both lengthy and expensive.

If you have been named as the administrator of a deceased person’s estate, we can guide you through the administration process.
